Set Design and Graphic Design
Years: 2012-2016
Stewartstown Summer Theatre is a youth summer production run by Stewartstown United Methodist Church. I had been involved when I was a teen back in the mid 1990s. The producer asked me to come on board to become the new set designer on the recommendation of the previous set designer. I worked with the Theatre on sets for four productions: Big the Musical (2012); Shrek the Musical (2013); Into the Woods (2015); Once Upon a Mattress (2016). During this time, I also worked on much of the promotional graphic design, including the program, posters and banners, and the website.
After 2016, I had to step away from the set design due to other obligations. However, I continued to assist with some graphic design until 2022.
